How Initial Price Anchors Mothers’ Willingness to Pay for Child Health Services in Maiduguri
In his talk, Ishaya Bitrus Wudiri presents “The Anchor Effect: Optimizing Health Subsidy Design for Long-Term Child Health Adherence.” The pilot study investigates how initial pricing (₦0, ₦50, ₦1,000) influences future willingness-to-pay for maternal and child health services in low-income communities.
